Bad DC Jack Symptoms |

The power (DC) jack failure is common laptops. Sometimes the DC jack only needs to be resoldered but more so a replacement is required. DC jacks are usually too weak to stand up to the stresses of moving the laptop while the power cord is connected.
Many repair shops may tell you the machine is not repairable or that they will need to replace the motherboard. If your laptop has been diagnosed with a bad motherboard let us give you a second opinion. It may just be that all your laptop needs is the DC jack repaired. |
